At Clay Theory, we encourage mindful purchases of our face masks as each one is carefully made in small batches with purpose.

If you’re unsure before purchasing, feel free to reach out with questions as we believe in thoughtful purchases and intentional routines.

We can accept returns for our products if the return request is received within 14 days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs involved in returns and exchanges. 

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
